Our philosophy is to stock the parts necessary to keep you going down the road. We have somehow picked up the silly notion that:
The reason you own a motorcycle is to ride it.
The chrome accessory product line that we carry is extensive and the focus is on products offered by Harley-Davidson® themselves. Our reason for that is because it fits right, continues to look good after long service and comes with the parts you need for correct installation.
If you want it and somebody makes it, chances are we can get it for you. If we don't have what you need in stock, we can generally get parts from Harley-Davidson® in 4-5 business days, sooner if necessary (sooner may cost more but is sometimes worth it).
Orders from aftermarket can take as little as a few days or may stretch out to a couple of weeks. Aftermarket company deliveries vary so just ask about a particular item and we'll find out for you.
We offer a large selection of parts and accessories. Our showroom features the latest in Harley-Davidson®. If we don't have it in stock, we can find it for you.
We can also assist you with customizing your ride. You get the most satisfying results with a plan for how you want it to look. We customize motorcycle all the time, so let us help you design yours! Stop by and enjoy friendly service for all your parts and accessory needs.
Parts Return Policy
Big Barn Harley‑Davidson® believes that your shopping experience should be an easy, enjoyable experience so we have implemented a "No Hassle" return policy. We will try to get you in and out with your returns and exchanges as quickly and easily as possible. However, there are still some guidelines that we must follow.
A receipt is required for all refunds. If you do not have a receipt you may still exchange an item or receive store credit. Unfortunately some items are non-returnable. Electrical parts and helmets are non-returnable for safety reasons, both can be very fragile and can have concealed damage that is impossible to detect with the naked eye. Some special order returns may be subject to a restocking fee based on the restocking fee charged to us by the vendor.
