I went there just looking and saw leather coats wee reduced. Sierra Plager came up to help me, she was very patient and helped me pick out the right size coat for my wife. She was also very helpful in selecting riding boots. I do not know her but would fully recommend her to anyone. when I go back I definitely will look her up to say hi and ask for her assistance.

My wife and I recently purchase 2 brand new Heritage Softail Classics. From the moment we walked through the doors we felt welcomed. Neither of us had ever owned a Harley before and my wife had never rode a street bike before. Our sales person Kelsey was AWESOME!!! Absolutely no pressure and she was able and very willing to walk us through all the bikes. When we had questions (and we had a lot of them) she had answers. Next step was finance and the process went extremely smooth. Good rates and terms we were happy with. We also signed up for the Riders safety course and Rick Z was like a long lost friend. It was as if we had known each other for years. And the course was GREAT!!! The ladies in the clothing department were just as helpful and friendly as everyone else we came in contact with. Sure we could have bought elsewhere but the way they took the time to explain everything to us we felt comfortable buying from them. Our entire experience has been fun. We truly feel like part of the family now and every time we go back to the store we are greeted by name. I highly recommend Big Barn Harley to anyone looking for a bike. Oh and by the way, we were not even in the market for motorcycles. We just stopped in to see the "Best Bikes" on the road. Glad we decided to stop because now we are proud Harley owners. Two weeks ago I bought my 12th Harley from Big Barn. First one I bought from Zooks in 2003. This Ultra Limited Firefighter edition is by far the best bike I have owned to date. We were shopping there a couple weekends ago. A young lady named Dannie waited on us. Not only did she provide us with wonderful customer service but she did something very special and companionate for my husband who was diagnosed with cancer a week after buying our first Harley. This is the type of people I would want working for my company. Someone that know there job, knows the product their selling,can provide good customer service, friendly and companionate toward the customer. This young lady went above and beyond just her job requirements that day. And we will never forget her.

Big Barn HD is awesome. My ultra broke down on me in Des Moines and I live in davenport, Iowa. In the last month prior I had already invested over 1500 in new tires and a drive belt as it broke on me on my way to work. Tires one week and the drive belt breaks the next week. While in Des Moines the stator goes out... as well as the voltage regulator. While during the repair they find my cam tensioner broken and being as I have spent a lot on the bike in the last month was worried how I would afford it. Seeing as the charging system is a grand. They took it upon themselves to repair and replace my cam tensioner and bring them up to date with the hydraulic rollers. WOW is all I can say, may God bless them tremendously. Although I didn't buy my bike from them it says alot about their customer service tenfold!! I will definitely be spending my money with them when it's time for a new tourer!! I can only imagine how the customer service is when you shop with them from my dealing with them so far great, dealership to do business with!!

I was looking to up grade to a harley touring bike. Mark took lots of time to educate me of all the different models and features each had. We took several days to decide witch bike would work for us. Then he was just as excited to go for a test ride as we where. Craig was great to deal with on negotiations on my trade. We agreed on a great deal. Getting to meet all the different departments in person is a great feeling. They welcome you into the harley davidson family.
